A signing ceremony of the additional shareholding agreement of G B Microfinance Institution Plc and Relric Capital Bancorp Co., Ltd, a new additional shareholder, was held in the morning of August 13, 2021, at the head office of G B Microfinance Institution Plc.
The event was attended by the highly honorable representative of Oknha Tang Kuonghow, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Mrs. Hsu, Chia-Chia, Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of G B Microfinance Institution Plc with Relric Capital Bancorp Co., Ltd, represented by the highly honorable presence of Chairman, Mr. Huang, Chuan-Cheng.
This agreement is a part of the institution's business plan to implement a long-term business, driving to development of financial services with the needs of the Cambodian market and increasing the institution's lending portfolio.
