On August 2, 2024, the National Bank of Cambodia issued instructions to all banking and financial institutions and money changers across the country to facilitate the circulation of old or dirty US dollar bills free of charge from clients across the country according to the recommendations of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei HUN MANET, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
