The Board of Directors and CEO of G B Microfinance Institution Plc attended the certificate handover and the closing ceremony of CEOs and Shareholders/Board Member training workshops on “The Roles of Governance in Ensuring Commitment and Effective Implementation of Client Protection in Banks and Financial Institutions,” presided over by H.E. Yim Leat, Deputy Governor of the National Bank of Cambodia, on Tuesday, 24 October 2023, at The Center for Banking Studies (CBS) of the National Bank of Cambodia. This workshop aims to promote good governance and strengthen customer protection mechanisms, focusing on: 1/-strengthening the leadership and technical capacity of the management and staffs 2/-the structure of leaderships and clear management system 3/-Transparency of the institutions information 4/-Involvement of all stakeholders, BODs, and CEOs and 5/-Investment in human resource development.
