Manager, Credit and Operations Department

1.  Credit Underwriting & Loan Quality Management
  -  Develop and implement standardized underwriting policies and procedures.
  -  Oversee loan processing to ensure timely underwriting and reduced credit risk.
  -  Conduct credit quality analysis based on product, area, and vintage.
  -  Perform random checks on loan approvals and post-disbursement reviews.


2.  Delinquency & Recovery Management

  -  Develop policies for delinquency management and loan recovery.
  -  Execute strategies to minimize losses and optimize asset recovery.
  -  Ensure compliance with ethical recovery practices and internal control measures.


3.  Internal Control & Risk Management

  -  Establish internal control frameworks and assessment criteria.
  -  Monitor loan portfolio quality and identify early warning signals.
  -  Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk mitigation strategies.


4. Operations & Credit Staff Management

  -  Supervise credit officers and branch managers to maintain loan quality.
  -  Provide training and professional development for credit staff.
  -  Develop tools to measure credit officer performance and efficiency.


5. Strategic Planning & Digital Transformation

  -  Improve credit lifecycle processes for operational efficiency.
  -  Enhance credit monitoring and reporting systems.
  -  Work with IT teams to ensure accuracy in core banking loan functions.
