The annual meeting of the performance report for the year 2021 of the institution was held at the office of G B Microfinance Institution Plc on Thursday, January 13, 2022, in order to evaluate the work results in the pass-year and to set the direction of work activities for the year 2022. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Chet Kimchin, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and the presence of the management and staff.

CEO expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the efforts of management and staff on the results achieved in 2021. CEO also highlighted the main objectives of the annual meeting as follows:

1. Evaluated the results of the operational performance of the institution for 12 months in 2021.

2. Promoted three (03) potential staffs to role new positions, including:

2.1 Mr. Eam Channa, Deputy Manager of Credit Operation Department was promoted to be a Manager of Credit Operations Department.

2.2 Mr. May Khemra, Credit Officer was promoted to be a Senior Credit Officer.

2.3 Mrs. Heng Nary, Accountant was promoted to be a Senior Accountant.

3. Through CEO, all management and staff have been appreciated receiving the honorable message of greetings and wishes for the New Year from the Chairman and Vice Chairwoman, who always take care of all management and staff.

4. Presented the main work activities to be implemented in 2022, including the program to prevent the spread of virus Covid-19.
