On Tuesday, 28 October 2025, G B Microfinance Institution Plc—licensed under number M.H 92 dated 22 October 2019 by the National Bank of Cambodia—entered into a property valuation service agreement with COZY HOME CO., LTD., a company incorporated under number 00022212 dated 2 January 2017 by the Ministry of Commerce of the Kingdom​​​​​​​​​ of Cambodia.
