Khmer Times News: The Royal Government of Cambodia has decided to grant a trial visa exemption for Chinese citizens traveling from China, allowing a stay of 14 days during a 4-month period from June 15 to October 15, 2026, without the need for an application and without paying a fee.

Chinese nationals will just have to fill an E-arrival ​​​​​​card, according to a letter from ​​​​the Council of Ministers.

According to the same letter, during the validity of the visa exemption, Chinese visitors can visit Cambodia as many times as they want.

In addition, the Royal Government has authorized the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation to negotiate with the Chinese government to ease and simplify the visa application procedures for Cambodian tourists to China in order to implement a reciprocal visa exemption in the future.
